Name: Lori Ann Hawks Dates: Birth date: February 2, 1978 Death date: June 5, 2012 Obituary: HAWKS – RURAL HALL Miss Lori Ann Hawks, a loving mother and wonderful friend, passed away Tuesday, June 5, 2012 at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center. She was born February 2, 1978 in Forsyth County to Frances Fay Davis Hawks and the late Gerald Wade Hawks. Lori is survived by her three sons: Brandon Scott Travis, Bradley Krishawn Travis and Ethan Alexzander Gravley; mother, Frances Hawks; two sisters: Angela Hawks and Christy Hawks Zsiros (Peter); two brothers: John Hawks and Jeremiah Hawks; niece, Jade Ann Zsiros; stepdaughter, Shawna Travis; godson, Tariq Garris; and also, many other extended family members. A funeral service for Lori will be conducted 11:00 a.m. Monday, June 11, 2012 at Freedom Baptist Church with Pastor Jon White, Pastor Chuck Carver and Pastor Clayton Carnall officiating. Burial will follow at Crestview Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 5 to 8 p.m. Sunday, June 10, 2012 at Hayworth-Miller Funeral Home in Rural Hall. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Lori Ann Hawks Memorial Trust Fund at Southern Community Bank & Trust, Attn: Mary Ann Hicks, P.O. Box 569, King, NC 27021.
