Dear Nellie and family, I just heard of Jose's death. I am sorry for your loss. I trust that He is enjoying heaven with Connette and Grace now! We were in Winston a couple of weeks ago for my High School reunion and went by your new home on Reynolda. I hope that you got the hydrangeas that I left. To The Souto Family: I am sorry to hear of the loss of your loved one, please accept my condolences. Losing a loved one is such a painful experience and as much as it hurts please be assured of God's love. When the time is right please look into Revelation 21:4; John 5:28,29; Psalm 37:9-11,29. We hold these promises close to our hearts because we know God can do all things but he "cannot lie." (Titus 1:2) It is my hope your family finds comfort that will sustain you in the days ahead.

My deepest sympathies to all the Otero family. Jose Luis was a wonderful person and I'm very thankful to have known him as a friend. He will be missed by all of us.
