Obituaries

Brian Matthew Crider, 30, of Winston-Salem, passed away on Monday, June 18, 2012 at Forsyth Medical Center. He was born June 2, 1982 in Forsyth County to Jerry Wayne and Brenda Snow Crider. Surviving are his parents; two sons, Nathaniel Crider, Keland Rush and their mother, Jennifer Rush; two brothers, Eric Crider (Crissy) and Adam Crider (Michelle); his maternal grandparents, Curtis and Dorothy Snow; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, June 21 at Parkview Church of God with the Rev. Bobby Dishman officiating. Burial will follow in Oaklawn Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Parkview Church of God Youth Fund, 3263 Kernersville Road, Winston-Salem, NC 27107.
