Vickie Diane Setzer passed away Wednesday, August 29, 2012 at Forsyth Medical Center. Vickie was born August 5, 1944 to Amick Field Morgan and Iva Mae Anderson Morgan in McDowell County, WV. She was a former Senior Regent at Women of the Moose. She was a member at Calvary Baptist Church. Vickie was a kind-hearted lady who enjoyed bowling and loved to cook. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Tim Setzer; as well as her grandson, Amick Lee Horn. Surviving to cherish her memory are her two sons, Mike Horn (Michelle), and Brian Horn (Tracy); step-daughter Melissa Barney (Junior); four grandchildren, Jessica, Brianna, Melinda and Matthew; and also three great grandchildren, Nicholas, Jackson, and Brayden. A funeral service will be held 12:00 Noon, Saturday, September 1, 2012 at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel with Chaplain Randy Hillman officiating. Burial will follow at Crestview Memorial Park.
