Hayworth-Miller Funeral Homes & Crematory continues the proud tradition of being a family-owned business and supporting our community for over 60 years.

This location was built so that Hayworth-Miller could better serve the Lewisville, Pfafftown, Yadkinville, and East Bend communities, as well as their surrounding areas.

Keith M. Green currently serves as CFO. He has served as President of the Cremation Association of North Carolina 2001 – 2002, President of the NCFDA 2009 – 2010, and past chairman of the North Carolina Crematory Authority.


James Haire currently serves as General Manager, overseeing operations across all locations while continuing to maintain relationships with families in our care.

Hayworth-Miller prides itself on being a family-owned business. Today, the Miller Moore family continues to lead the business across multiple generations; with the second and third generation of ownership, represented by Frank Miller, Leslie Miller Moore and Brandon Miller. A fourth generation is also beginning to follow in their footsteps, including Dayton Moore, Braydon Moore and Gracie Miller. Madison Moore Hall, who dedicated eight years to Hayworth-Miller, has recently relocated due to her husband’s military service.
