Bernard Wheeler

Bernard Marshall Wheeler passed away unexpectedly Friday Morning, January 7, 2022. He is survived by his loving wife, Margaret Wheeler. He was loved by many, cherished by many, and will never be forgotten as he will always have a special place in our hearts. Preceded in death by his father Clarence Wheeler and mother Virgie Jones Wheeler Swartz; brothers Willard, Harry, and Henry Wheeler; sisters Shirley Loratto, Virgie (Bootsy) Dodson, and Betty Thacker; son Bernard Pappas; and grandson. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his sons Bernard Wheeler II and Billy Wheeler, daughters Shawn Wheeler and Wendy Tate; step-daughter Jean Wheeler; many grandsons, grand-daughters, nieces, and nephews. Donations can be made in his name to the American Cancer Society and the Humane Society.
