Haley Zappia

Haley Antonia Zappia, 26, passed away on Tuesday, October 19, 2021 at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center after a courageous battle with cancer. Haley was born on November 19, 1994 in Forsyth County to Frank Zappia, Jr. and Elizabeth Michael Shannon. She was a graduate of R.J. Reynolds High School.  Haley loved the beautiful fall weather and celebrating Halloween. Most of all, she loved her son and was a loving and adoring mother. Haley is survived by her parents; her son, Henley; and many beloved family and friends. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM on Sunday, October 24, 2021 at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel, with Rev. Angie Toth officiating.
