Winston-Salem- Mrs. Adrianna “AC” Jenkins Church, 55, passed away Saturday, June 8, 2019 at her residence. She was born October 11, 1963 in Skagit County, WA., the daughter of Denver and Doris Carter Jenkins, Jr. She attended Central Tabernacle and was the manager of Kermit’s Hot Dog House. She loved the beach and was devoted to her grandchildren. Adrianna was a mother to everyone and was known to her family as the “Boss Lady”. She is preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Matthew Jenkins. Survivors include her husband, Paul Donald Church; two children, Candy Pitts and husband, Jim of Winston-Salem and Carolyn Church of Winston-Salem; five grandchildren, Sydney, Montana, Grayson. Eli and Cooper; three brothers, Denver Jenkins, III, Jeff “Turk” Jenkins and wife, Sandra and Sam Jenkins and wife, Angie; a sister, Jennifer Stout and husband, Mitchell; sisters-in-law, Barbara Church and Nancy Tilley; brothers-in-law, Ronald Church and Clay Church; Special Aunts, Ann, Billie and Cookie and a host of nieces, nephews and friends. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM Wednesday, June 12, 2019 at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel with Rev. Russell Williams and Rev. Sandra Bovender officiating. Entombment will follow at Parklawn Memorial Park Mausoleum. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 PM Tuesday, June 11, 2019 at the funeral home.
