Alice Jane Gasparrini

Mrs. Alice Jane Townsan Gasparrini, age 90 of Advance, passed away peacefully Sunday, October 5, 2025 at Davie Nursing and Rehab Center. She was born June 1, 1935 in Thomasville, North Carolina to the late James Pinkney Townsan and Willie Alta Hendrix Townsan. She is preceded in death by her parents and one brother, James Townsan. She was a graduate of Robert E. Lee High School in Jacksonville FL.

In her later years she was referred to as a little spitfire, for her determined spirit. She made friends easily and was loved by many. She will be missed.

Surviving are her son, Tim Gasparrini of Littleton, CO; three daughters, Laura Gasparrini of Knoxville, TN, Lynda Delucia of Rye, NY and Ann Jackson of San Diego, CA, 12 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
