Alice Henderson

Mrs. Alice Ballard Henderson, 75, passed away Friday, November 11, 2022 at Forsyth Medical Center.  She was born in Gastonia, NC on August 19, 1947 to the late Earl and Effie Sisk Ballard.  Mrs. Henderson was a kind, loving soldier for the Lord who served all she met.  Surviving are her husband, Steve Henderson; daughter, Patricia Smith Caldwell; two step-daughters, Stephanie M. Panchuk (Samuel) and Valerie J. Henderson; also surviving are four grandchildren.  A funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM Thursday, November 17, 2022 at the Parklawn Memorial Park Mausoleum Chapel.  The family will receive friends from 5-7 PM Wednesday at the Salvation Army Citadel Worship and Service Center, 2850 New Walkertown Rd. Winston-Salem, NC 27105.   In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Salvation Army Citadel Worship and Service Center, 2850 New Walkertown Rd. Winston-Salem, NC 27105.
