Andrew A. Torrieri, Jr.

Mr. Andrew A. Torrieri, Jr., 74, passed away Wednesday, February 7, 2024, at his home. Andrew was a devoted father, husband, veteran, entrepreneur, and visionary. He built multiple businesses from the ground up: from hair salons to a hair product distribution to an equestrian boarding center. He embodied his motto of, “If you build it, they will come” and applied that same sentiment to his family. He was born in Brooklyn, NY on December 9, 1949, to the late Andrew A. Torrieri, Sr. and Anna Marie Desantis Torrieri. Mr. Torrieri was preceded in death by a brother, Anthony Torrieri and a sister, Lorraine Lasky.  Surviving is his wife, Jacqueline Torrieri; two daughters, Giovanna Torrieri and Adrianna Torrieri; sister, Deanna Komuves (Teddy); sister, Andrea Coneglio (Lyn); sister, Loretta Green (Bob); brother, Thomas Torrieri (Stacey); sister, Anna Marie Manyi-Rooney (James); brother, Clifford Torrieri; also surviving are several nieces and nephews.  A memorial service will be held at 3:00 PM Saturday, February 10, 2024, at Hayworth-Miller Lewisville Chapel.  The family will receive friends from 1-3 PM prior to the service.  In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the National Brain Tumor Society (www.braintumor.org.)
