Mrs. Andrina Kraayeveld Van Helmondt, 83, passed away Monday, May 25, 2015 at her home. She was born January 6, 1932 in the Netherlands to the late Jacob and Petje De Vromen Kraayeveld. Mrs. Van Helmondt worked as a nurse's aide supervisor for nearly 25 years. She enjoyed knitting and working puzzles. Mrs. Van Helmondt was a very loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Preceding her in death was her husband, Hermanus Van Helmondt. Surviving is a daughter, Barbara Frankenfield of Kernersville; son, Herbert Christopher Van Helmondt (Gail-Marie) of Bethlehem, PA; daughter, Diana Lingenfelter (Robert) of Lewisville; six grandchildren, Amy Clay, Scott Frankenfield, Garrett Jordan Van Helmondt, Brennen Alexander Van Helmondt, Lily Schaap, and Amy Schaap; four great-grandchildren, Abigail Clay, Teagan Clay, Oliver Clay, and Piper Quinn Frankenfield; sister, Barbara Justus; brother, Kees Kraayeveld; also surviving are numerous family in the Netherlands. A funeral service will be held 2:00 PM Friday, May 29, 2015 at Hayworth-Miller Lewisville Chapel with Pastor Andrew Wild officiating. Entombment will follow at Westlawn Gardens of Memory Mausoleum Chapel. The family will receive friends from 1-2 PM prior to the service at the funeral home.
