Angelan Scarlette Swaim

Ms. Angelan Scarlette Swaim, age 49 of Winston-Salem passed away Saturday, March 1, 2014 at her home. Angelan was born January 24, 1965 in Davidson County. She was a beloved mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, aunt and niece. Angelan was a CNA for 23 years, working with elderly people was her passion. She was loved by all who knew her and will be greatly missed.

Angelan is survivied by her daughter, Brooke Hauser Hoskins and husband Ryck. One son Trey Swaim. A granddaughter, Naveyah Rayne. Her parents, Mr. and Mrs. William ""Bill"" Jones. Two sisters: Cindy Scarlette Garner and Donna Scarlette Blalock. One brother, Jeffrey Scarlette and wife Yayoi. One niece, Abby and nephew, Travis. Grandfather, Papa B. ( Bert Bolander)

Funeral services for Angelan will be held Wednesday, March 5, 2014 at 2:00 P.M. at Hayworth-Miller Funeral Home Chapel in Rural Hall by Pastor Jon White. Burial will follow at Gardens of Memory in Walkertown. The family will receive friends at Hayworth-Miller Chapel Tuesday evening March 4th from 7:00 until 9:00 P.M.
