Anita Bolen Bolt

Mrs. Anita Bolen Bolt passed away June 6, 2013 at Forsyth Medical Center. Anita was born January 10, 1963 to Gilbert Bolen and Betty Ann Melius in Richmond, Virginia. A devoted wife, mother and grandmother, Anita cherished her time with family. She enjoyed gardening and caring for her animals. She also loved family cookouts, spending time at the beach and Gatlinburg, TN. Anita was preceded in death by a son, Robert Bolt, Jr.; ""Little Nanny"" Evelyn Oliver; sister, Susan Haynes; ""Big Nanny"" Birdie Black; aunt, Beanie Bolt; and uncle, Bud Sells. Survivors include her loving husband, Robert W. Bolt, Sr.; daughter, Cole Bolt; grandsons, Bryson, RJ, and Brian Bolt; granddaughter, Paetynn Bolt; parents, Betty Jewell and Gilbert Bolen; siblings, Carl Bolen, and Tammy and her husband, Phil Collins; and numerous other family members. A memorial service will be held at 7:00 PM, Saturday at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel with Rev. Steve Roberson officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
