Anjanette "Angie" Darlene Lynch Buss

Anjanette (Angie) Darlene Lynch Buss, age 60, went home to be with the Lord, on the beautiful October 19, 2024. She was born on May 27, 1964, to Russell Lynch and the late Jean Rogers Mitchell. In May of 1996 at a small ceremony with family and select friends she married Kirk Buss who will keep her memory everlasting. Angie was born and raised in Pilot Mountain, NC, the place she always felt at home. She graduated from East Surry High School and furthered her education at Surry Community College. In her life the jobs that brought her the most joy were those where she could help people, share her smile, and build lifelong friendships.

In Angie's free time you would find her always barefooted, tending to the flower garden, dancing in the kitchen while cooking, if she was driving, her windows were down, and her radio was up. She embraced her time with family, and it was never enough, it was life's breath for her to be with any of us. Her favorite spot in the house was on the front porch in a swing watching for hummingbirds, looking for the butterflies to land on her flowers, and seeing the beauty the day was. She loved being a Grangie or a Gramma depending on which grandchild you were. Her kids were her first love, but her grandchildren were her greatest love. She enjoyed being a part of people's lives; she was happy for their achievements. Angie always looked for, found, and believed in the good; in people, the world, and the future, that's what faith in God can do.

In addition to her mother, Angie was preceded in death by her grandparents, Cecil and Rena Lynch and Walter Roger's and Annie Marie Simmons-Rogers; stepfather, Theodore Mitchell; two sisters, Annie Renee' Lynch and Karina Carole Lynch; and many fur babies. Left to carry on her legacy are her husband, Kirk Buss; two children, Aasha Marshall (Dustin) and Larry Marshall (Ciji); two stepdaughters, Amber Ruble (Evan) and Cassie Buss; grandchildren, Nolan Marshall, Tucker Marshall, Caidyn DaSilva, Bailey Ruble, Hunter Ruble, Hudson Ruble, Paislee Ruble, Hallie Buss, Shelby Buss, Arianna Buss, Kylen Jenkins; and brother, Chris Lynch.

A celebration of life service will be conducted 2pm Friday, October 25, 2024, at Hayworth-Miller Rural Hall Chapel with Pastor Greg Hall officiating. The family will receive friends following the service at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Heart Association, American Lung Association, or Brims Grove Baptist Church cemetery fund.
