Ann Strickland O'Brien

Mrs. Ann Strickland O'Brien, 72, of Winston-Salem passed away Tuesday, August 19, 2014 at the Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home. She was born May 14, 1942 in Shrewsbury, N.J. to William Pittman and Dorothy Elaine Snyder Strickland. Surviving are her husband, Jack O'Brien; two sons, Shawn O'Brien, Lee O'Brien and wife, Tiffany; a daughter, Tracy Burns and husband, Mark; three grandchildren, Tanner O'Brien, Haley Burns and Brittney Burns; and two sisters, Chrissy Strickland, Kathy Peterson and husband, Greg. The family will receive friends from 6-8 PM Thursday at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel.
