Annie Craver

Mrs. Annie Mae Spach Craver, 94, of Winston-Salem, NC passed away at the Oaks Nursing Home in Winston-Salem on May 30, 2021. She was born on June 5, 1926 in Forsyth County to the late Frederick L. Spach and Cora Myers Spach.

She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother.  She was a devoted caretaker for her husband, Johnnie, for 15 years until his death in 1991.

In addition to her parents and 7 siblings, she was preceded in death by her husband, Johnnie Craver and two sons, Calvin & Danny Craver.  She is survived by her daughter; Carol Tilley and husband Tim, of Lexington, NC; grandson, Will Tilley, of Charlotte, NC and granddaughter, Savannah Tilley, of Asheville, NC.  Also a special nephew, Ivan, who constantly called to check on her and a niece, Vicky, who no matter where Annie was (home, hospital, rehab, or nursing home) always found her and came for a visit.  Annie will be missed by everyone who knew her.
