Annie Lee Duggins Stewart

Mrs. Annie Lee Duggins Stewart, 93, passed away Thursday, September 4, 2025, at Oak Forest Health and Rehab. She was born September 1, 1932, in Stokes County, to the late William Eugene Duggins and Eunice Burrow Duggins. Annie was a member at Northside Baptist Church. She was known for being a wonderful person and enjoyed spending time with her family. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, James Basil Stewart; her son, Danny Norris “Bubba” Stewart; daughter, Beverly Stewart Brannon; seven siblings, Elworth, William Clyde, Velmo, Bobby, Hazaleen, Harold and Homer. She is survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be conducted at 2pm Wednesday, September 10, 2025, at Hayworth-Miller Rural Hall Chapel. Burial will follow at Crestview Memorial Park.
