Annie Eloise Faircloth

KERNERSVILLE- Annie Eloise Wood Faircloth, 74 passed away Tuesday, September 30, 2014 and is now with her Lord and Savior. She was born June 23, 1940 in Greer, SC to the late Rev. Herbert C. and Annie Southern Wood.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her brother, Herbert H. Wood.

Eloise's grandsons were the joy of her life! She has honored and glorified her Lord Jesus Christ since the age of 7 as a church pianist through her music at various churches including Winston Salem First Assembly in the late 70s and most recently at New Hope Assembly. Everyone enjoyed her music! She loved gardening, flowers, plants, and her pets. Eloise was a wonderful loving Mother, Grandmother, and friend. Before her illness she worked for Walmart in Kernersville for 10 years and before that she worked for J.C. Penney at Hanes Mall for 15 years. She loved the Lord and was always faithful to Him. She will be missed dearly.

Surviving are her son, Loyd Faircloth; daughter, Sherrie Brouhard (Clint) all of Kernersville; three grandsons, Nathanael (Isabel), Nicholas (Lauren), and Jonathan; sister-in-law, Linda Wood; and nieces, nephews and cousins.

A Funeral Service will be conducted at 3:00 p.m. Sunday, October 5, 2014 at Winston Salem First Assembly with Rev. Elwood Rakes officiating. The family will receive friends from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. Saturday, October 4, 2014 at Hayworth Miller Kernersville Chapel. A Graveside Service will be conducted 11:00 a.m. Monday, October 6, 2014 at Hillcrest Memory Gardens in Greer, SC.
