Arthur Yancy Ball
Mr. Arthur Y. Ball Sr. died January 27, at his home in Wilmington; NC.He was born on August 5, 1928 in Winston-Salem, NC to the lateJon Mack Ball and Victoria Harris Ball. He attended Port City CommunityChurch in Wilmington, NC and New Life and First Assembly in Winston-Salem, NC. He is survived by two daughters; Diane Ball Watkins (husband Gary Watkins), and Jane Ball Holland, two sons; David Samuel Ball (wife Tammy Ball) and Arthur Y. Ball Jr, and 5 grandchildren; Jennifer Mabe, Jason Holland, Aaron Mabe, Jacob Holland and Carmin Ball. A visitation will be held from 6-8 PM Sunday, January 29, 2012 at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel. A funeral service will be conducted at 2:00 PM on Monday, January 30, 2012 at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel. On line condolences may be made at www.hayworth-miller.com.
