Ashley Lynn McKnight

Ashley Lynn McKnight, 17, was surrounded by her family and friends in her home as she peacefully left this world May 6, 2012. Ashley was born in Forsyth County on January 25, 1995, to Frankie and Christine McKnight . Ashley was a very virbrant, loving, and care-giving child who always put others before herself; so much that she developed a support group for fellow Cystic Fibrosis patients. She loved animals, enjoyed reading, listening and singing to loud music and taking photos. What Ashley loved most was spending time with her family & friends. Ashley was preceeded in death by her paternal grandparents, Charlie & Iva Bowman, maternal grandfather Will Coleman. Surviving are: her parents and brother, Michael Pack; her fiance, Timothy Roberts, Jr; her Nannie,Margie McKnight, her MeMaw, Betty Coleman, paternal grandfather Roy McKnight & wife, Debbie, and many special family members and close friends. A funeral service will be conducted at 2:00 PM on Thursday, May 10, 2012 at Faith of God Ministries in Walkertown with Pastor Jerry Goode officiating. The family will receive friends from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the church prior to the service. She will be laid to rest at Oaklawn Memorial Gardens.
