Our princess A’Ziyah Dior Bell unexpectedly made her way into the world on January 8, 2020, and unfortunately passed a short time after. Although her time with her family was brief, her impact was heartfelt. However difficult her passing may be, her family finds peace in knowing she is now resting in the presence of the Lord. She is dearly loved and will be deeply missed. She was preceded in death by her paternal great-grandparents, Nathaniel Simpkins, Thelma Hairston, Alfonzo Mock, Sarah Caldwell-Bell; maternal great-great-grandparents, Alberta and Albert Marshall, and Sonya McInnis. Surviving are her loving parents, Shekinah Mack and William Bell Sr.; two brothers, William Bell Jr. and Jayceon Bell; one sister, Ariyonna Marshall-Johnson; paternal grandparents, JoAnn Stewart (husband Grady), and Nathaniel Hairston Sr. (wife Georgette); maternal grandparents, Alicia Marshall, and Walter Lee Mack Jr.; maternal great-grandparents, Josephine Marshall, and James Connor (wife Judy), and Patricia Rhyne, and Walter Mack, Sr. (Wife Charlene); godmother, Winstenna Pierce; two devoted friends, Lena Hiatt and Marilyn Baldwin; and a host of aunts, uncles, friends, and other relatives. A memorial service will be held at 12pm on Saturday, January 18, 2020, at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel with Pastor Joseph R. Cobbs officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
