Azlynn Noelle Cretzman

Azlynn Noelle Cretzman, 3 years old, passed away Monday, February 20, 2012 as a result of an automobile accident. She was born December 15, 2008 in Kitchener, Ontario. Surviving are her parents, Matt and Lana Cretzman; her sister, Maddi; grandparents, Aaron and Emilie Cretzman and Philip and Sharon Clayton; great grandparents, Larry and Lois Clayton; aunts, Kwynne Cretzman, Becky Leopper and Beth Oleyar and her uncles, Andrew Cretzman, John Oleyar and Dusty Leopper. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 6:00 p.m. Monday, February 27, 2012 at Gospel Light Baptist Church with Pastor Kevin Folger officiating. The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. to 12 noon and from 3:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday at Gospel Light Baptist Church. A private graveside service will be held on Tuesday for the family.
