Barbara Gail Bauguess

COLFAX - Mrs. Barbara Gail Bauguess died on December 7, 2014. Barbara was born in Wilkes County, NC on October 17, 1949 to Bobby and Virginia Blevins Bauguess. She was a lady who had a tremendous love for the beach, loved to shop, and most of all loved spending time with her grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her father Bobby Bauguess.

She is survived by her fiancée Clay Smith, daughter Kristi Dorton and husband Scott; son Jason Crews and wife Mary; mother Virginia Bauguess; grandchildren Peyton and Paisley Dorton, Adam and Kendyl Crews, Chris McBride, Robert Ballard, Courtney Ballard, Alia and Emily Brooks; five great-grandchildren.

A funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm Wednesday, December 10, 2014 at Hayworth-Miller Kernersville Chapel. Burial will follow in Eastlawn Gardens of Memory.

The family will receive friends Tuesday, December 9, 2014 from 6-8 PM at Hayworth-Miller Kernersville Chapel.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Hospice at 101 Hospice Lane
Winston-Salem, NC 27103.
