Barbara Ann Love Floyd

Ms. Barbara Ann Love Floyd, 80, passed away Saturday, October 25, 2025. She was born March 6, 1945, in Stokes County, NC, to the late Thomas Love and Ada Loggins Love. Barbara was a dedicated family person to her loved ones. She was an honest and loving mother and grandma to all her kids. To know Barbara Ann is to love everyone and she was loved by all who knew her. Barbara was everyone’s grandma. She will be missed by all who knew her and forever in our heart. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her two brothers and four sisters. Barbara is survived by her five children, Cathy Bondurant (Bobby), Albert Hicks, Teresa Hicks, Charlotte Allman (Ron); and CJ York; grandson, Jack Hicks; nine grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; and one sister, Dorothy Watkins. Gone but never forgotten.

A funeral service will be conducted 2pm Tuesday, November 4, 2025, at Hayworth-Miller Rural Hall Chapel with Pastor Greg Hall officiating. Entombment will follow at Crestview Memorial Park Mausoleum. The family will receive friends an hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
