Betty Brandon Alexander

      Mrs. Betty Brandon Alexander, 94, of Davie County, NC passed away Friday, January 16, 2026 at her home. She was born May 21, 1931 in Forsyth County to William Franklin Brandon and Lucinda Lawrence Brandon. Betty was a member of Boyer’s Chapel Church of Christ and retired from Lucent Technologies. She was preceded in death by her husband, Herbert Alexander. Surviving are her two daughters; three grandchildren; two great grandchildren; one son-in-law and many other family and friends. 
      A graveside service will be held at 3:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 21, 2026 at Boyer’s Chapel Church of Christ with Jerry Nifong officiating. There is no stated visitation. Memorials may be made to Boyer’s Chapel Church of Christ, 798 S. Peacehaven Rd., Winston-Salem, NC 27103, Attention: Richard Harper. Hayworth-Miller Kinderton Chapel is serving the Alexander family.
