Betty Lou Cagle

Betty L. Cagle, 77, passed away at her home Saturday, December 20, 2025, after a long illness.

Ms. Cagle was born February 12, 1948, in Richmond County. She was preceded in death by her parents. Betty served her community as a nursing assistant for many years. She was truly one of a kind, and everyone loved her.

Left to cherish her memory are her two daughters, Veronica Herndon and Debbie Brown; three beautiful grandchildren, Christopher “Boogie” Brown, Ashley Oakley, and Ronnie Feagin; ten great-grandchildren; and a great friend, Glenda Smith.

A graveside service will be held 2 PM Tuesday, December 30, 2025, at Parklawn Memorial Park in the Mausoleum Chapel with Pastor Lomax Skinner officiating.
