Betty McBride Collins

Betty Louise McBride Collins, 74, of Winston-Salem, passed away Monday, January 31, 2011 at Silas Creek Manor. She was born August 31, 1936 in Forsyth County to the late Dewey H. and Lucille Whisenhunt McBride. Mrs. Collins was a member of Goldfloss Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Bobby Collins. Surviving are two daughters, Linda Curl of Greensboro and Barbara Morgan of High Point; two sons, William Green and John Green both of Winston-Salem; also surviving are six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. A graveside service will be held 11:00 AM Wednesday, February 2, 2011 at Oaklawn Memorial Gardens with Rev. John E. Sealey officiating.
