Betty Dalton

Ms. Betty Jo Dalton, 90, died on Saturday, March 30, 2019, at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center. She was born on December 23, 1928, in Winston-Salem, NC, to Joseph Taft and Ruth Sink Stout. In addition to her parents, she was preceded by one brother, Dwight Stout; and special friend, Harold Holland. Surviving are one niece, Kathy Southern (Lloyd); and a host of loving friends. Betty retired from Western Electric Company and was active in many things. She enjoyed collecting and especially loved her snoopy collection. She was an active bowler, belonged to the Hallmark Club, and prior to declining health enjoyed daily breakfast and coffee with friends at McDonald’s. A private entombment will be held at a later date.
