Betty Jean Sheets

Ms. Betty Jean Sheets passed away peacefully on July 27, 2025. Born January 29, 1936, to Charlie Lee Sheets and Luna Craft Sheets in Lewisville, NC. Betty was a fantastic cook and even more so a beloved friend. She was a devoted follower of Christ, showing others his love daily with her humble acts of servitude and her love for feeding everyone that she could.

She is survived by a wonderful sister-in-law, Sandra Sheets and her nieces and nephews; special buddies that always knew how to make her smile, Will and Wendall Hutchinson and Emanuel and Cala Austin and their children, Josiah, Titus, and Ava.

Her request was not for a formal service, but for her loved ones and friends to say a prayer in her honor over a wonderful meal.

“His Lord said unto him, well done, thou good and faithful servant: thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things, enter thou into the joy of thy Lord.” Matthew 25:21
