Billye Tuttle

Mrs. Billye Kay Russell Tuttle, 78, of Winston-Salem, passed away Monday, January 20, 2020. She was born in Forsyth County on August 16, 1941. Billye enjoyed watching crime shows and UNC basketball games. She also enjoyed reading mystery novels.

Preceding her in death are her parents, Robert Russell and Ruth Hicks Russell; husband, William “Tony” Tuttle; daughter, Angela Tuttle; and brother, Robert “Butch” Russell, Jr. Surviving are her granddaughter whom she raised, Christina Seibert; sister-in-law, Nancy Tuttle; brother-in-law, Bill Tuttle; and many loving nieces, nephews, and cousins.
