Bobbie Goodman

Ms. Bobbie Jo Goodman, 60, died on Monday, July 1, 2019, at her residence. Bobbie was born in Forsyth County on April 19, 1959, to Theodore Franklin and Martha Davis Goodman. In her early years she enjoyed traveling to the beach, lake, and mountains. Later, she appreciated genealogy, coloring, true-crime television series, reading, and spending quiet time at home. Bobbie adored her grandchildren and loved spending time with her family. She was dearly loved and will be greatly missed. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one sister, Beverly Sears; maternal grandparents, Anne Snyder and Charles Reese Davis; and paternal grandparents, James C. and Capitola Goodman. Surviving are one daughter, LeAnn Burton (husband Gary); one son, James Goodman; two grandchildren, Noah Burton and Emma Burton; two sisters, Cheryl Kitrell and Carla Kitchens (husband Lee); and two brothers, Chris Goodman (wife Helen) and James Patrick Goodman. A private family service will be held at a later date.
