Brad Dixon

KERNERSVILLE - Brad Dixon, 49, passed away on November 26, 2020. Brad was born in Guilford County on November 25, 1971, to Jerry Wayne Dixon and Linda Dixon Henderson.  He was a graduate of High Point University and spent his entire career with SalemOne, formerly Advanced Direct.

Brad was a certified scuba diver, cigar aficionado, and avid chess player with his friends. When Brad set his mind to something, he researched it until he found a way to make it happen.  He thought "bowties were cool" and was a major sci-fi geek. He loved getting his wife hooked on shows like Doctor Who and The Mandalorian. Brad had the best sense of humor of anyone around.  His smile could light up a room and his jokes could make anyone laugh. If you knew Brad, you were his friend for life. He would do anything to make you feel a part of his world and loved.

Surviving is his wife of 11 years, Kristie June Dixon; his parents, Jerry Wayne Dixon and Linda Dixon Henderson; his sister Jennifer Dixon Dooley, her husband James Dooley and their son, Aiden; not to mention a friend that was as close as a brother, Robert Artzner and his wife Patty.

A memorial service will be held at Glenn View Baptist Church on Sunday, November 29, 2020, at 2:30 pm in the Multipurpose Building.  The family will be receiving guests from 1:30 to 2:15 prior to the service.
