Bradley "Brad" Shane Butner

          Mr. Bradley “Brad” Shane Butner, 49, of West Palm Beach, Florida, formerly of Winston-Salem, NC passed away Thursday, May 8, 2025. He was born August 27, 1975 in Forsyth County. Brad was a proud 1993 graduate of North Davidson High School, Pfeiffer University in 1997 and a member of Hope Moravian Church. Brad was an avid fisherman, loved country music, songwriting and Dale Earnhardt. Surviving are his parents, Ken and Janice Butner; his wife, Christi Adams Butner; two daughters, Ellen Taylor Butner and Sophia Rose Butner; three aunts, Mitzi Sapp (Charlie), Libby Cope (Kent) and Joyce Butner; several cousins and Brad’s mother and father-in-law, Anita and Charlie Adams. 
           A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, May 15, 2025 at Hope Moravian Church with Rev. Margaret Norris and Rev. David Merritt officiating. Interment will follow in the church graveyard. The family will receive friends following the service in the church fellowship hall. In lieu of flowers a memorial donation can be made to Hope Moravian Church, 2759 Hope Church Road, Winston-Salem, NC 27127.
