Brenda Everhart

Mrs. Brenda Sue Sneed Everhart, 70, passed away on January 7, 2023, in her home in King. She was born on December 3, 1952, in Mecklenburg County to the late Allison and Lessie Sneed. Brenda was a member of Calvary Baptist Church of King. She retired from Arista Information as a machine operator. Brenda was hardworking and loved working outside driving her tractor. She also enjoyed crocheting in her spare time. She was a loving mother and sister and will be missed by all who knew her. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband; Paul Winfred Everhart, one son; Jamie Phillips, three sisters; Shirley Sneed, Pat Deshields, and Doris Sneed, two brothers; William James Sneed, Robert A. Sneed. Brenda is survived by a son; William Chad Phillips, a sister; Joyce S. Deshields, two stepchildren; Rodney (Shirley), and Tammy Everhart, one grandson; Douglas Everhart, and special friends; Wanda Blackburn and Katheryn Toner. A funeral service will be held 2:00 PM Friday January 13, 2023, at Calvary Baptist Church of King with Rev. Kevin Broyhill officiating. Internment will follow at the church cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Calvary Baptist Church, 536 S. Main Street King, NC 27021.
