Brian "Logan" Logan

Mr. Brian “Logan” Ashley Logan, 42, passed away Thursday May 30, 2019 at New Hanover Regional Hospital in Wilmington.  He was born February 26, 1977 in Forsyth County, the son of Vernon E. Logan and Patricia Sapp Waddell.  Brian or “Logan” as his friends called him, was one of the friendliest people that you would ever meet.  He was a very giving man with an infectious personality, never meeting a stranger.  Brian had a heart of gold.   He loved life and lived it to the fullest.  He was preceded in death by his father, Vernon E. Logan.  Survivors include his loving wife and soulmate of 20 years, Diane Logan; a daughter, Kimberly Angel Logan of Lexington; a son, Garion Drew McBride of Winston-Salem; two grandchildren, Roland S. McBride and Felix McBride; his mother Patricia Waddell of Winston-Salem; two brothers, Vernon Ray Logan of Winston-Salem and David Nicholson of King; a sister, Lou Ann Smith of Winston-Salem; his other mother, Dee Logan of Winston Salem and a big a$$ loving working family.  A Gathering of Friends and Family to Celebrate Logan’s life will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 PM Monday, June 3, 2019 at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel.  Online condolences may be made at www.hayworth-miller.com
