Carol Ann Montes Campbell

Carol Ann Montes Campbell passed away peacefully at her home on September 17, 2026. She was surrounded by love and never-ending prayers.

In past years she volunteered for civilian as well as religious organizations. Always a helping hand and giving of her time.

She was proud of her Croation and Hispanic heritage, along with the family's business of Andro Pucin Distributors in Waukegan, Il.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas F. Campbell and daughter, Andrea Marie Campbell.

Surviving is a son Thomas & Janine Campbell; daughter Roberta & Richard Love; Grandchildren Brandy & Tony Gervasi; Brandon Campbell, Jaime Campbell, Stephen Campbell, Wendy & Cory Lawson. Greatgrandchildren: Vincent & Sophia Gervasi, Kaleigha Lawson.

The family is eternally grateful for all the help and support we received through the years, to all too numerous to mention, but are forever in our hearts and prayers.

Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel is assisting the Campbell family.
