Carole Tibbs Coeburn

Carole Ann Tibbs Coeburn, 87, passed away on Wednesday, September 23, 2026, at her residence. She was born on October 31, 1938, in Bluefield, WV to the late Charles and Edna Kesler Tibbs. Carole had a love for sewing and cooking. She loved her family more than anything and enjoyed spending time with them, especially her great grandchildren. Carole was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and friend, who will dearly be missed.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jack Coeburn; and her brother, Sonny Tibbs.

Those left to cherish her memory are her three children, Cathy Lusk, Jack Coeburn, Jr., and Bill Coeburn (Diane Murray); one grandchild, Jacki Rocha (Paulo); and three great grandchildren, Josie, Stella, and Nate.

No formal services will be held. Carole will be laid to rest at Roselawn Memorial Gardens in Princeton, WV beside her beloved husband, Jack. Hayworth-Miller Kernersville Chapel is assisting the family.
