Carole Beckel Ring

Carole Beckel Ring, 88, of King, NC, passed away on Tuesday, July 22, 2025, at Priddy Manor Assisted Living.

Mrs. Ring was born March 25, 1937, in Forsyth County, NC, to Clay Earnest Beckel and Annie Pearl Painter Beckel. 

Carole spent most of her life in Forsyth and Davidson County and was very active in the community. She worked as an X-ray Technician for Forsyth County and retired after 34 years of service. Carole was a devoted member of Friedberg Moravian Church and loved her church family. She was also a member of the Twin City Chapter of the Order of the Eastern Star. 

In addition to her parents, Carole was preceded in death by her husband, Bobby Thomas Ring; and her sister, Barbara Clay Rogers (Bob).

Left to cherish her memory are her sister in-law, Debby Presnell (James); one niece, Roxanne Rogers Holmes; and one great-nephew, Alex Holmes.

A graveside service will be held 10AM Saturday, July 26, 2025, at Friedberg Moravian Church Graveyard with Rev. Jim C. Newsome, Jr. officiating.

Mrs. Ring will lie in state from 1-4PM Friday, July 25, 2025, at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Friedberg Moravian Church, 2178 Friedberg Church Rd, Winston-Salem, NC 27127.
