Carolyn Dillon

Mrs. Carolyn Howard Dillon, 86, passed away Thursday, November 17, 2022.

She was born April 3, 1936, in Carroll County, VA. to the late Thomas Clyde Howard and Georgia Higgins Howard.  Carolyn was a long-time member of Southside Baptist Church.  She was employed by Medical Park Hospital and Southern Bell.  Carolyn was a wonderful and loving wife, mother, grandmother, and sister.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her three brothers and two sisters.  Carolyn is survived by her loving husband, Robert Randall Dillon; two sons, Robert R. Dillon, Jr. (Cindy) and T. Stacy Dillon (Elizabeth); six grandchildren: Ben (Kristyn), Trey, Tommy (Emily), Zach, Curtis, and Peyton; and numerous nieces and nephews.

A private graveside service will be conducted and the family will hold a celebration of life service at a later date.
