Carolyn Elaine Lowry

Carolyn Elaine Turner Lowry, 84, passed away Wednesday, December 6, 2023, at her home surrounded by family.

A funeral service will be held 12 PM Saturday, December 9, 2023, at Hayworth-Miller Funeral Home, Silas Creek Chapel with Pastor Lomax Skinner officiating.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.

Mrs. Lowry was born July 22, 1939, in Forsyth County to John Earle Turner and Nora Jane Evans Turner. In addition to her parents, Carolyn was preceded in death by her husband, Will H. Lowry.

Left to cherish her memory are two daughters, Renee Duck (Randall), and Sherry Huffstetler (Carl); five grandchildren, Cassidy Hancock (Anthony), Zack Huffstetler, Andrew Huffstetler (Lindsay), Reynolds Duck, and Riley Cappelluci (Chase); and four great-grandchildren, Graham Huffstetler, Weston Huffstetler, Alexander Cappelluci, and Isabel Cappelluci.
