Mr. Carson Lee Fulton, age 76 went to be with his Lord and Savior Tuesday, February 3, 2015 at his home in Pinnacle. Carson was born in Surry County, February 17, 1938 to Willis Edgar and Flora Mae Cain Fulton. He was a member and deacon of Pinnacle View Baptist Church. Carson was the owner/operator of Mt. View Vacuum Center and was a United States Army veteran. In addition to his parents Carson was preceded in death by his son, Rev. Forrest Fulton, his grandson, Andrew Moore, Step-father, Dallas Dezern, Step-brother, Joe Dezern and Step-sister, Lema Bullington.
Mr. Fulton is survived by his wife of 54 years of marriage, Jean D. Fulton of the home. One daughter, Pam Moore of Pinnacle, two grand-daughters; Aftan (Steven) Brown of Raleigh and Meagan Fulton of Pilot Mountain. One daughter-in-law, Amelia Fulton of Pilot Mountain, and special friend Tracy Marion of Pinnacle. Two brothers; Willis (Frances) Fulton of Pilot Mountain and Dallas (Lynda) Dezern of Traphill. Several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services for Mr. Fulton will be held Friday, February 6, 2015 at 2:00 P.M. at Pinnacle View Baptist Church in Pinnacle by Rev. Ronnie Chamblin. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends at the church Friday, February 6th from 11:30 A.M. until 1:30 P.M.
The family would like to extend a very special Thank You to the Pilot Mountain Rescue Squad, Mt. Valley Hospice and Palliative Care, and all the family, neighbors and friends for their support during Carson's life.
