Catherine Moore Barbee

KERNERSVILLE - Mrs. Catherine Moore Barbee, 68, died Friday, August 31, 2012, at her home. Catherine was born on November 19, 1943 in Guilford County to the late Thomas and Frances Pearman Moore. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James Wesley Barbee. Surviving are her daughter, Cathy Dawn Tharpe of the home; a son, William Mark Pulliam of Kernersville; four grandchildren, Dylan, Whittney, Kaitlin and Amy; one great grandchild, Tyler; one brother, Earl Moore of Reidsville; and one sister, Christine Williams of Greensboro. A graveside service will be held at 12 noon, Monday, September 3, 2012 at Parklawn Memorial Park in Winston-Salem. The family will receive friends from 4 - 5 PM Sunday, September 2, 2012 at Hayworth-Miller Kernersville Chapel.
