Charles "Chuck" Nelson, Jr.

Mr. Charles “Chuck” Nelson, Jr., 68, of Clemmons, NC, went to be with the Lord Tuesday, June 11, 2024. He was born September 18, 1955, in Chattanooga, TN, to Charles S. Nelson, Sr. and Dorothy Rain Nelson. Chuck was a member of Center Grove Church and retired from ABF, Inc. He was preceded in death by his parents; a sister, Lynn Snow; and a brother, Buddy Nelson. Surviving are his wife of 46 years, Gina Beshears Nelson; two daughters, Amber Nelson, and Ashley Somers (Aaron); one granddaughter, Kinsley Grace Somers, who is our little “Doodle Bug”; and one brother, George Nelson (Grace Ann). A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, June 22, 2024 at Center Grove Church with Pastor Josh Hill officiating. The family will receive friends immediately following the service.
