Charles "Chuck" Ray Pegg

Charles(Chuck) Ray Pegg, 61, passed away Tuesday November 8, 2016 at Wesley Long Hospital. He was born July 8, 1955 in Guilford County to the late Charles Leo and Mildred Bolen Pegg.

Chuck graduated from Northwest Guilford High School in 1973. Before his illness he was employed by Pride of the Morning.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a brother in law, Jimmy Easter.

Surviving are his wife, Sandy Pegg; stepdaughter Angie Nelson and husband Andy; stepgrandaughter Hailee Nelson; sisters Betty Easter and Pat Caviness (Bernie); brothers Dwight Pegg (Mary); Curt Pegg (Betty); Joe Pegg (Donna) and Mark Pegg; many special nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.

A memorial service will be conducted at 2 pm Friday Nov 11th at Hayworth-Miller Kernersville Chapel with visitation one hour prior at the funeral home and other times at the home of Andy and Angie Nelson.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to assist with funeral expenses. .
