Charlotte Lewis

On Wednesday, November 1st at 5:08am heaven gained another beautiful Angel, Miss Charlotte Lewis. She passed peacefully at home in Winston Salem with family by her self. Proceeded by her death by her daughter Sally Osborne. Served by her daughter Cindy Fields, and grandchildren Autumn Fields, Brandon Fields, Jimmy Osborne and Chris Osborne. There will be a private memorial held at her home for family and close friends. She will always be missed and forever in our hearts. She is now at peace in heaven with her Lord and Savior, her husband Ronnie Lewis and Daughter Sally Osborne.
