Christy Phillips Medeiros

Christy Phillips Medeiros, 51, passed away at home on Saturday, September 19, 2026. Christy was born March 13, 1975, in Forsyth County. She was a loving wife and mother who loved her work family and scout family. Christy was a member of River Oaks Community Church. Preceding her in death was her mother, Glenda Phillips. Surviving is her husband of 31 years, Mike Medeiros and two sons, Ethan and Gavin Medeiros. A memorial service will be held at 1:00 PM Saturday, September 26, 2026, at River Oaks Community Church with Rev. David Beaty officiating. The family will receive friends following the service. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Trellis Supportive Care or Scouting America Old Hickory Council.
