Civey Boyles Conway

Mrs. Civey Jean Boyles Conway, 52, of Winston-Salem, passed Wednesday, December 3, 2014 at Wake Forest Baptist Health. She was born April 11, 1962 in Mecklenburg County to Maggie Wolford Boyles and Hubert David Boyles. Mrs. Conway was a member of Calvary Baptist Church. Surviving are her husband, David Brian Conway; two daughters, Stephanie Ann Conway and Crystal Michelle Conway; siblings, Shirley Ann Slater (Jonathan), Mary Francis Dennison, Hubert David Boyles, Jr. (Karen), John Wesley Boyles (Carlita) and Robert Edward Boyles (Beth). A graveside service will be held 1:00 PM Tuesday, December 9, 2014 at Forsyth Memorial Park. A memorial service will be held 4:00 PM Tuesday at Calvary Baptist Church with Pastor Steven Ackley officiating. The family will receive friends following the service at the church until 6:30 PM.
