Clayton Eugene Stewart

Mr. Clayton Eugene Stewart, 64, passed away January 22, 2017. He was born July 25, 1952 in Forsyth County to the late Vera Stewart Lamb and Charles Monroe Lamb. Clayton was the owner/operator of Clayton's Plumbing Company for 40+ years. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and friend. Clayton is survived by his wife, Tangela Stewart; five children: Melissa Floyd (Tommy), Rabon Stewart (Ashley), Adam Stewart (Ashley), Travis Stewart (Chelsea), and Dillon Stewart; four step-children: Pamela Miles, Brittany Miles, Stephanie Young, and Justin Young; thirteen grandchildren; one great-granddaughter; special cousin, Moyer Hicks (Janie); and many special buddies and friends. A funeral service will be conducted 2:00 p.m. Thursday, January 26, at Hayworth-Miller Rural Hall Chapel with Pastor Hagan McClellan officiating. Burial will follow at Crestview Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday, January 25, at the funeral home.
