Colleen Bowles

Mrs. Colleen Shuler Bowles, 86, of Pfafftown, went to be with her Lord and Savior Thursday, July 5, 2018. She was born May 28, 1932 in Swain County, to the late Manley Samuel Shuler and Ellen Cline Shuler. Mrs. Shuler was a member of Robinhood Road Baptist Church and retired from F. W. Woolworth Company with fifteen years of service. Preceding her in death are her parents and husband, Billy Bowles. Surviving are: a son, Terry Banks Moorefield and wife Belinda; a daughter, Billie S. Doughty; four grandchildren; four sisters, Leonannie Stanberry, Sandra Thomas, June Luther, and Sue Moses; and a brother, Grover Shuler. A graveside service will be held 10:00 AM Saturday, July 7, 2018, at Gardens of Memory - Walkertown, officiated by Rev. John E.
